The Cypress Center is the development on the corner of Casanova and Fremont Bl.
Status as of 4/2/2005 – Cypress Center has the Chevron station open. The retail office spaces is slated for opening in June. The Black Bear restaurant has not started construction yet. Cypress Center has booked several businesses; Curves, Subway, Papa Murphys, a tanning salon, mortgage broker and more to be announced soon. Safeway is about to do a major remodeling.
